...With 1.5 years of professional experience, I have worked predominantly with mid-age clients, ranging from 30 to 45 years old. My own journey includes following various diets like Keto and low carb, which has given me a broad perspective on nutrition and fitness.

Today I completed my 4 month plan with PFC guided by @Abhishek singhal PFC
Very glad that I took this up as I am down 9 kgs(started at 82.5 kgs) feel much more energetic and have imbibed better diet and a healthy routine..
Chirag, The Liver Doc and Krish Ashok have been my Philosophers and Guides related and health and nutrition for the last 5 years, have read every single of their tweets. However , following a good diet and doing regular workouts was difficult due to other priorities. Hence enrolled into the PFC plan.
Based on my goals and needs, Abhishek deviced a good diet plan and kept fine tuning it, week over week till there were no satiety issues. He reviewed my workout videos everyday and suggested corrections as needed. My form was my biggest concern earlier and am really happy that I have made good progress on that front.
His weekly reviews were on point and very useful.. Also he did review my meal pics on a daily basis and provided useful tips.
I think I am set well to continue on a healthy path.. If I falter, I will happily enroll back with Abhishek and PFC as I have realized the power of being accountable to someone who is rooted in science and common sense.
I had a great experience working with Abhishek. He really took the time to personalize everything according to my needs, instead of giving me a generic plan. He listened carefully to all my dietary and fitness concerns, answered every question with patience, and even gave practical alternatives whenever I struggled with something.
