I started my fitness journey with Akhila after having failed Multiple times. I even had worked with another nutritionist but it didn’t quite workout . I was 73.5 when I started off and currently at 67.2. Lost a good 6kg weight in a very healthy and balanced way. I was eating what i was eating before but now more balanced and measured. When i worked with another nutritionist before - he recommended Rajma and other non-native food which didn’t suit my body and I failed to stick to it.
But Akhila understood my requirement very well and tailor made plan that works for me. She motivated me whenever I was distracted. Her gym workout plans worked really well and are very comprehensive.
