Today, I’m the healthiest and fittest version of myself. And with over 2 years of professional coaching experience, I’ve learned that fitness isn’t about extremes — it’s about balance, consistency, and building habits that actually stick.

I genuinely want to thank someone who is first my friend and then my nutritionist. Throughout this journey she has supported me not just with plans but with genuine care.
