Today, I’m the healthiest and fittest version of myself. And with over 2 years of professional coaching experience, I’ve learned that fitness isn’t about extremes — it’s about balance, consistency, and building habits that actually stick.

Transformations
Twelve weeks ago, I started this journey at 84.5 kg, wearing XXL, feeling heavy—not just physically, but mentally too. I had tried doing “the right things” before, but nothing ever truly stuck.
Today, I’m at 69.5 kg, wearing size M, and the difference is more than just what the scale or mirror shows.
This transformation wasn’t about starving, overtraining, or chasing unrealistic standards. It was about structure, consistency, and understanding my body properly. Every step of the process felt intentional and sustainable. I finally learned how to eat, train, and recover in a way that worked for me—without burning out or hating my life.
What I’m most grateful for is how balanced this journey has been. I didn’t just lose fat; I built discipline, confidence, and trust in myself again. The changes feel natural, grounded, and something I know I can maintain long-term.
And now, I’m genuinely excited for Phase 2—where the focus shifts from just fat loss to fitness, strength, and performance. It feels incredible to reach a point where the goal isn’t just to be smaller, but to be stronger, fitter, and more capable in my body.
This has been one of the best investments I’ve made in myself, and I couldn’t have asked for a better guide through this journey. So grateful—and so ready for what’s next. 💛
