First of all, thank you so much for having me in this journey with you. More than a coach, you were my friend.
When I first thought for taking the consultancy I was not that sure about my goals but with time Anupama make sure I should have a clear mind and a lot of patience.
I am someone, who is someone who is having a very sensitive gut and cherry on top lactose products doesn’t suits me much. My food choices are very limited and still she manage to give me what I love, like seriously without compromising my routine and everything.
Fitness is a journey which is more mental than physical.
My weight was 81.80 KG when I started my journey with her and again took her consultancy after getting down to 74.75 KGs in just 12 weeks.
Seriously, super work she is doing, from sorting my meals to workouts to keeping me accountable.
