It has been just 3 weeks since when I started getting the trained from her but I'm really enjoying the journe.
Dipti always review in detail on what work-out I'm doing..what food I'm eating and it has really helped a lot.
Her small small suggestions are also very helpful.... Finally I found a trainer which I was looking for a long time... I'm prettysure I will achieve all my health goals under her guidance.
Initially, my weight was 87.45, and now it's 78.30. There's a noticeable difference in both weight and inches. Everything was explained very well, and all doubts were cleared.
The most important thing is that it's all about making healthy choices in our daily diet. Diet doesn't mean eating less or eating specific foods only. I ate everything, including mangoes, and even had tea with sugar, had chats etc but in controlled way. She was also explained well how to control diet while on a trip."
