From Academia to Practical Nutrition
My professional journey began in 2004, and I have since accumulated a wealth of experience in understanding blood reports and crafted therapeutic diet plans for PCOS, fatty liver, diabetes ,gout , high uric acid, hypertension, thyroid , GERD / Gut health , Gestational diabetes , elderly nutrition, kidney diseases. Over the years, I have worked with a diverse range of clients, helping them navigate their nutritional needs and achieve optimal health.

My approach is patient-centric, focusing on understanding each client’s unique needs from the very first interaction. I emphasize the importance of education, helping clients understand what and why they are eating, which fosters a deeper appreciation for healthy living. I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Manmeet for the remarkable transformation she brought to my father’s health. He is diabetic, and before starting her coaching, his glucose levels consistently stayed between 250–350, and his HbA1c was around 12. After six months of her personalized guidance, his glucose levels have come down to 100–120, and his HbA1c has improved to around 6 — an outcome we once thought impossible.

I signed up for Manmeet as a coach when I was diagnosed with chronic gut issues. I had lost a lot of weight and muscle. We started slowly with the food that suits me and experimenting with it frequently. She used to have regular followups and intervention even if there's a slightest discomfort.
