Dr. Prerna Pant (PT)

Very learned and patient , doesn’t try to make you anxious about small defects in your body. Overall a very considerate and professional person.

I reached out to Dr. Prerna earlier this year for an issue I was experiencing with my ankle. This was my first time doing physical therapy virtually, and I was initially a bit hesitant about how effective it would be; but all my concerns disappeared in our very first diagnosis session. Despite being virtual, Dr. Prerna was able to identify the issue perfectly. Throughout our sessions, the remote format never felt like a limitation.

She gave me a steady, manageable, and comfortably challenging exercise plan that I could stick to. All six of my sessions with her went really well, and she was incredibly accommodating of our 13-hour time zone difference and my packed schedule.

What I especially appreciated was how she tailored the exercise content, structure, and pacing around my intense dance training and workout routine. But what really stood out to me was how accessible and genuinely involved she was in my PT journey. She consistently followed up on how the exercises were working for me. Often, when I forgot to send an update, she’d go out of her way to check in. That level of care really motivated me to stay consistent. Anytime I had a quick question, she was always just a message away.

I’d highly recommend Dr. Prerna for any physical therapy needs. She’s incredibly amiable, professional, and invested in your recovery every step of the way.
