I’m Himanshu Soni, a Nutrition & Fitness Coach whose journey into the fitness industry began in 2017 due to my own struggles with being underweight and lacking energy. This personal transformation ignited my passion for helping others achieve their health and fitness goals.

My Coaching Philosophy I believe in making fitness sustainable so that clients can manage it alongside their daily responsibilities. My approach is rooted in maintaining an active lifestyle, ensuring proper nutrition, and achieving a balanced state of physical and mental well-being.
Unique Approach to Motivation I focus on form correction and provide personalized feedback to each client. Understanding their medical history, eating habits, and fitness goals allows me to tailor programs that meet their specific needs.
Making Fitness Easy and Accessible My goal is to make fitness easy and accessible for everyone. Clients should not feel burdened by their fitness routines but should instead find joy and satisfaction in their progress. I strive to contribute to the fitness community by training individuals and helping them lead healthier lives.

While I was already on my journey of losing weight, I wanted to up the ante with the help of a coach. Mr. Himanshu not only helped me with that, he helped me understand a lot of the pitfalls. He helped clean my diet up for good, increased my protein intake as it was quite low before, supported me not only as per my needs but also as per what I was capable of during different periods of times.
