It's been a wonderful experience with Rayshi Ma'am. Within just few weeks I could easily see the change in my body. Her diet and workout plan is flexible as per your existing diet and your avaiable time for workout.....Working with her One won't feel that he/she is walking extra miles to get the perfect body because her plan is so flexible that really suits one's available time to workout even when you have really hectic schedule. She broke the myth that Trainers are merciless and very strict😄😄 She is completely opposite, the one who listens you patiently and understands your body need and give diet and workout plan accordingly.
