I’m Smruti Sahoo, a coach whose journey into fitness began with a personal struggle with poor blood reports and body shaming in my thirties. These experiences fueled my passion for fitness and wellness, leading me to transform my life and help others do the same.

My Coaching Philosophy I believe in a holistic approach to health, focusing on both physical and mental well-being. My philosophy is rooted in consistency and the belief that everyone can achieve their fitness goals with the right guidance and support.

Transformations
I have completed 12 weeks with Smruti, and my journey so far has been very good. It is not just that the scale has moved, but my relationship with food has improved significantly. My diet keeps me full and is planned according to my energy levels. I am excited for my journey ahead and to learn more.

I joined with Smruti 3 months back. It has truly been a transformative experience, more than the numbers that I have lost, it is my relationship with food and my body that have changed a lot. I was working out before but I didn’t know how to workout with intensity and energy, every call, every video there is something for me to improve, and I truly appreciate every insight Smurti provides. As I mentioned my journey is still in progress but now I am confident enough that I will be able to do it.
