I’m Smruti Sahoo, a coach whose journey into fitness began with a personal struggle with poor blood reports and body shaming in my thirties. These experiences fueled my passion for fitness and wellness, leading me to transform my life and help others do the same.
From Personal Struggles to Fitness...
My Coaching Philosophy I believe in a holistic approach to health, focusing on both physical and mental well-being. My philosophy is rooted in consistency and the belief that everyone can achieve their fitness goals with the right guidance and support.
Motivating and Connecting with Clients I use a combination of friendly and sometimes strict approaches to keep my clients motivated. Understanding their mental and emotional needs is key to my coaching style, ensuring that each client feels supported and encouraged.

Transformations
I enrolled under Coach Smruti and it was the best decision of my life. I have Thyroid/PCOD and used to make a lot of mistakes in diet and exercising. Coach Smruti taught me what suits my body the best, and guided on diet and workout especially curated for me. I enrolled twice for 16 weeks each, and am glad I did it.

I got in touch with Smruti four months back with a very clear target: “I’ve started playing tennis, and feel I lack strength and mobility to be able to play to my full potential. Can you help me with this?”.
She had a call with me to understand my goals further and highlight what an ideal plan would look like, without pushing me to enrol her as the coach. This call made me take less than a day to enrol for 16weeks PFC program with Smruti as my coach. What followed after that was truly a transformational journey, not just physically but mentally as well.
It started with creating a diet plan for me. What was unique to this was that she didn’t just discard everything that I was eating previously. In fact she created a diet plan centred around my cultural/usual diet. Me being a vegetarian, my protein intake was very low according to my weight and was heavily dependent on dairy. The protein intake was gradually increased while continuously monitoring my body’s adaptability to this increase. It was also diversified to include more plant protein instead of just dairy. The diet was constantly updated each week based on my feedback, body stats and my performance in court/gym.
I had never set foot in the gym my entire life and was a bit sceptical of how workout plan prepared on the app would be executed by me in the gym. Smruti started with basic exercises to initially build my confidence and for me to get used to the body mechanics of gym workout. She was also kind enough to share her workout videos for me to be able to check the correct form, and would also review my workout videos that I shared with her. As few weeks went by and based on my body’s feedback, she started assigning more advanced exercises, while also sharing more details about body mechanics and breathing techniques. Everything was taken step by step, and hence never felt overwhelming.
At the end of week 16, I’m really happy with my overall progress. This program, through Smruti has made me aware of things about my body that I earlier had a lot of misconceptions about. I see improvement in not just my body measurements, but also overall energy levels. I would highly recommend Smruti as a coach to get your fitness journey started.
