I wanted to share some feedback on my experience with the program and working with Somesh.
Overall, it’s been a really great experience. The meals were straightforward and practical. The requirement to weigh raw food and eat accordingly was quite unique and did take some getting used to initially, but once I settled in, it became manageable and effective. Of course, I still don’t manage exact food measurements every time and often rely on estimation, but that seems to work fine.
What really stood out for me was Somesh’s responsiveness, availability, and ability to offer solutions. Whenever I had questions or hit a roadblock, he was quick to respond and very practical in his approach.
To be honest, I haven’t stuck to a diet plan for this long before, and I’ve seen tangible results — I’m down 6–7 kg so far. That consistency and outcome speak a lot to the structure of the program and the support provided.

I wanted to share few highlights of my fitness journey with Coach Somesh. I struggled with staying on track while going to Gym in past and had no prior diet. He was very helpful in keeping my choices and guiding me throughout. Whenever he saw that I might slip he kept me accountable. The workouts that he suggested were very effective in my weight loss.
I am almost 8 kgs lighter and all my current clothes feel a bit baggy which was not imaginable in the past.
I am about to complete three months of my fitness journey with Somesh. I initially joined as an experiment, with no specific end goal in mind, simply to understand what it was about. Looking back, I am so glad I took that step, because it opened my eyes to a healthier, fitter, and better way of living. Somesh helped me unlearn old habits and relearn everything from the first principles, instead of just dictating what I should or should not eat. This approach not only helped me follow the diet plan, but also empowered me to make conscious choices every time there is food in front of me.
I had never been to a gym before and felt very anxious about it. Somesh worked with me to create a home workout plan that suited my needs and comfort level. I bought my first dumbbells. Each day, I feel better about myself, and now I am able to push myself more naturally. The biggest change I notice is in my mindset, and the natural byproduct of that has been losing almost 5 kg of weight and a few inches off my waist, effortlessly.
Throughout this journey, Somesh has been patient and calm, always prioritising my comfort while still guiding me towards my goals. He has been consistently available for any doubts and has kept a close eye on my daily intake, correcting and supporting me whenever necessary. Thank you for your guidance.
