I have been training with Vivek for the last 6 months. He is very supportive, knowledgeable, and understands my fitness goals. The workouts are well planned and easy to follow, but also push me to do better.
lack of active followups for atleast few days...this has just become a meal plan which even chatgpt can give...waste of money
